In order to further promote the internationalization of the School of Mechanical Engineering and broaden the international vision of students, School of Mechanical Engineering has invited Language and Culture Center to offer a free IELTS course for students aspiring to study abroad. The training course officially started on October 14th, 2016.

Through registration and preliminary selection, 30 students were finally admitted into the training course. The duration of the whole program, with a total of 60 teaching periods, lasted 5 weeks. The teaching team was organized and managed by the Language and Culture Center. The training program is mainly focused on the four language skills: listening, writing, reading and speaking.

This training program has not only improved students' English level and raised the success rate of studying abroad for students, but also helped to create a good internationalization atmosphere in the school and push forward the internationalization of the school.
