On the afternoon of July 20th, the School of Liberal Arts (Language and Culture Center) and the Spanish Chinese Education Center signed a cooperation agreement. Hong Haifeng, President of the Spanish Chinese Education Center, Huang Bei, Vice Chairman and Secretary General of the Zhenjiang Returned Overseas Chinese Federation, Qu Yunjin, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Liberal Arts, Jiang Yonghua, Vice Dean of the School of Liberal Arts and Deputy Director of the Language and Culture Center, and Zhou Du, Vice Dean of the School of Liberal Arts attended the signing ceremony.

The Spanish Chinese Language Education Center was founded in 2002 and is located in the Catalan region of Spain, in the city of Jerona. It has three Chinese language schools and a Chinese Language Promotion Center in the provinces of Jerona and Barcelona, and has been awarded as an excellent Chinese language school in the Catalan region of Spain multiple times. In 2021, the center signed a cooperation agreement with "China Online Joint examination " to become the overseas enrollment base of Online Joint examination.

This agreement aims to leverage the respective resource advantages of both parties to jointly promote cultural and educational exchanges between China and the West, teacher discussion and interaction, and development and Compilation of Chinese Textbooks, further promoting the development of overseas Chinese language education.
