Ethnic Chinese College Students Visited the China Vinegar Culture Museum

On the afternoon of August 24, the campers of the 2024 Chinese University Students Chinese Culture Experience Camp visited the China Vinegar Culture Museum, Zhenjiang Lianyou Clothing Crafts Co., Ltd. and Xijindu, to further experience the charm and cultural heritage of Zhenjiang. 

On their first visit to the China Vinegar Culture Museum, the campers listened to the lecturer's detailed account of the long history of vinegar culture in Zhenjiang and witnessed the exquisite vinegar-making techniques and processes.The lecturers showed the campers the process of “vinegar grains”, which is the core step of vinegar brewing, and invited them to experience it themselves.Moving to the tasting area, the campers had different expressions, either frowning or praising the mellow flavor, and the camera captured the vivid moments of this unforgettable feast of vinegar culture.

Next, the campers came to Zhenjiang Lianyou Clothing Crafts Co. The lecturer introduced to the campers the costumes of movie and television dramas produced by the company. When passing through the area of movie and TV props, the campers experienced various kinds of movie and TV props with great interest and posed for photos in a variety of weird poses. 

Finally, the campers visited Xijindu, where they traveled through the old streets and lanes, felt the style of the ancient town where the rivers meet, and tasted the hustle and bustle of the human world.This activity showed Zhenjiang, a city so beautiful that it makes people jealous, to the campers in the best way, and let them deeply feel the distinctive beauty of Zhenjiang.
